False FIR by accused on me and 2 other by same court in 156(3)

In November 2017 a known person called my father and ask permission to meet he said yes he came with wrong intention to make false charges on me and my father I had some of his amount balance which I said him give later as I don’t have now then he started threatens to take huge amount or he will make false case on me . I called one of our common friend as he was present when our account were Seattled . As soon our common friend came at my home the accused went to the bathroom . I thought he went to pee or nature call but when we noticed it been 15 min I asked him to out from bathroom as he was directing someone to come at my home . I noticed his wrong intention and called 100 No. and take him out from bathroom . Now accoused 2 entered into my home then I said I’m recording your unlawful act in my iphone then accoused no 1 called accu 2 to take mobile and run threaten me & family abused me & family and many unlawful act he done . Police came at my place and ask all of us to take PS
