false f.i.r. and chargesheet on a person

respected Sir/Ma'am ,
my name is vanshika , my father mr.Rajesh kumar srivastava has a younger brother mr.Rajeev srivastava. Sir the case is that mr.Rajeev srivastava had an argument with some government official so they lodged a F.I.R. against him but the name written in F.I.R. is of my father i.e. instead of lodging the F.I.R against rajeev they lodged it against rajesh.
sir we have no contacts with my uncle rajeev from 14 years. My father mr.Rajesh is living away from 14 years from the house where my uncle mr.Rajeev srivastava lives.
sir,we didn't knew about all these happenings and my uncle sent a copy of lodged F.I.R and chargesheet and in that all the places instead of having name of rajeev the name writeen is rajesh.
i want your guidance regarding this case ,as what should we do now.

First of all, immediate bail shall be taken. it is very important and without seeing FIR, I can't advise in the best possible manner.
Further, I need to see charesheet as well.
Meanwhile, after all this, disposal of case needs to be filed before the court.

You may file a petition for quashing of the charge sheet in the HC. You may get in touch with some lawyer at the earliest with all the documents. Also let us know if till date you have preferred any petition for bail or quashing of the FIR and in which city the FIR was filed
