False FIR against my father....

10-Nov-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My family has been living in Delhi for the last 8 years. My father's village home is in katiya, tehsil kaimganj , Farrukhabd, uttar Pradesh. After the death of my grandfather , the house was divided ( just for namesake) among his four sons. My father also has a part in the house but we do not have custody of it as the other brothers demand money to give that to my father. My family has never lived there. House is in possession of my father's brothers. Two days ago, a relative of ours informed that my father's name as been put in an FIR concerning a electricity theft. But my father has never lived there , and it's his brothers who have done the theft. How can I save my father?

Dear Client, As stated by you the first and the foremost step which is to been taken immediately is to have an order against the arrest. If an FIR has been lodged against him, stay from arrest is the main concern. Furthermore the documents will be required to move further in this regard. Regards, Tushar Bahadur, (Advocate).
