you may meet a lawyer of your choice with copies of the complaint and the fir and the charge sheet if already submitted. in case you haven't taken bail then you should get that first. then you can go for quashing the fir depending on the case details Tanmoy Chattopadhyay M.Sc(Net), LL.B(Delhi) Advocate High Court, Calcutta.

Dear Client, 1)at first you must be get bail from the respective court than you can run the case and during trial of you prove that all allegations are wrong than the complaint will punish by court. also you can file defamation case. above the part is for criminal case solution. 2)If you want to take your property than you must be file Title suit in the civil court. File a partition suit in a civil court against them. also file for injunction over the property. they won't be able to sell it. contest your criminal case by showing the deed of your father and other documents like your Aadhar birth certificate school pass certificate to dismiss the case. yes obviously what ever the facts of the case are you need to prove them false. hopefully you have strong evidence
