False defamation case against me

I live in a 3 storey apartment in ground floor.The other members of the flat has been making a lot of noise even at night,so one day i complained the same to them and they call the police by making a case that i threat their life.The police warned me if this thing happens again they will send the matter to court and the issue got silent but now after few days they have been planning to make a defamation case against me by stating that i used a slang and abusive language to one of the flat members and others will help him by being his witness even though i haven't used any such bad words.
They said they will teach me a lesson.
you go to the police and lodge a complaint against them a strong complaint for that it will best to takr help of a lawyer who can draft a better complaint where he will mention in a legal way not a lay man s word .
