False cross FIR to benefit accused apparently for mone and pressure o

A false cross FIR was registeredagainst my friend. She was slapped by a bus staff when she stopped him from vulgar comment. She got soft tissue injury as per mlc.. copy not given to her. Accused in 509 only for physical assault. She was charged with without ticket. . Forced to write and sarkari kaam mein badha. I O contacted after 2yrs appx and met many times in delhi. But went to her given address though she told it was just postal ... Took NBW... from cour.t ... obviously on false grounds. Never I formed of court dates in her or Cross FIR. She is a govt officer... was taken in judicial custody when went for some other case... none informed.... after ... when brought to court and told .. she was neverinformed of any date though given email and mobile number ( is homeless not having residence as orphan.. for financial reason... pl don't raise working.. to.. not being paid for other reasons. Please help in guiding. Now too no information about dates since years... mobile etc.. still wit
