False complaint u/s354A IPC filed by woman on rejection for job

A female came for a job interview and on refusal to provide job she lodged a FIR against under section 354A IPC That this female is hand in glove with a placement agency owner . suggest How to proceed.
It depends on the allegations in the FIR. If the FIR is lodged then you have to wait and see her 164 statement as it is mandatory under the said provisions to get 164 statement of victim done. You may engage lawyer to deal in the matter as there are chamces that after 164 statement the sections may be changed making offence non bailable. You sud also explore settlement with victim.

Was there any one else taking interview alonwith you.. if so hie/her statement will be crucial for you.. further if there was cctv recording plz take copy of the footage at the earliest before its being taken over by police and used.
You have to see the track record of the placement agency with your company. was there earlier disputes in relation to placement, that too will play vital role... it has to be shown as if she was the planted witness... and just to malign and blackmail..
How is your management supporting you or not?
after considering all this, you may need to file a petition for quashing of the said fir and seek anticipatory bail in the matter. ..
see how is the IO proceeding with matter...
