A woman has lodged false complaint against me at mehrauli police station related to [354 A IPC]touching and asking for compromise,with her intention of extortion of money.I am 72 years old.Policeman says that he will register F.I.R against me without investigation.What should i do to prevent F.I.R?

hello client as i can see ur issues is really serious offence i agree as you are saying tht its a fake complaint in tht case we have intiate a legal step to save yourself instead of getting arrested take legal action in a manner tht lady should geta arrested and get punishment.

You need to file complaint to higher authorise fir the extortion which she wants ….u must get the same draft accordingly n do it at the earliest without any delay whatsoever ..thax a lot n b in touch for any clarification..

Good afternoon sir You need to approach your concerned jurisdiction court and police station to file for an NCR which means a non cognizable report. in case any false case is filed against you, you'll also need to file for quashing of the same.
