False complaint case filed under 156(3) for 420

17-Oct-2023 (In Criminal Law)

NBW issued as I was out of country and couldn’t appear on dates. It is a false complaint against me I want to approach high court for quashing under 482. Please advise the best solution possible.

No issues you just file an Application under section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of Chargesheet in which you may get Stay Order till the pendency of Case for more clarification you may contact us for the said issues and then I'll explain properly. Advocate Anurag Bhatt Allahabad High Court.
