False charges of Rape and unnatural sex in marriage

Hii..my wife has filed section 498a, 376, 377, 504 sections on my entire family within 5 months of marriage and i was arrested for the same..we took bail..she has approached family court for divorce..they are suggesting we both parties will write an agreement in family court stating full cooperation from my wife side to quash the cases in high court after getting divorce decree..i dont want to take the risk of giving divorce first and waiting for their cooperation to quash the cases in high court as per agreement made in family court..is this procedure reliable? Suggest ways i can get rid of all the cases first and then proceed with divorce...thank you..

I understand your questions so your wife filled a false casebagaunest Diwry case only 5montha marriage life so now they are asking demanded money and diwry case quashing after divirce right so you have to wuash the 498a case first in high court then you have to mentioned in Divorce mediation agreemenrbit is best way to you so do you need any legal help contact me thank you
