False case on me but i got final report no charges frame

One fir launched on me and on my family but police no charges frame and police submitted final report already, but my brother in law filled a divorce for my sister by the ground of this fake fir after the final report, so is he can be charged for contempt of court Or section 191

your brother in law can be charged under the relevant sections for giving false information to a police officer. you can also initiate defamation proceedings against your brother in law and claim compensation for the damage cost to your repetition. should you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

if a false case has been registered against you and your family and same has resulted from police report and finding of judge than you have right to file case against the person who have registered false case against you.

since no charges have been framed and the final report had already been submitted by the police so there cannot be any contempt of the court case. secondly divorce petition is a separate issue and it will not be connected to the present case so there can be a divorce petition filed by your brother in law
