False case of forgery filed by complainant now disposed by police.

A false case of Forgery and other related charges were filed and FIR was registered against me. I got a Final Report filed in court by the police, no charges were framed against me as the Forensic report was in my favor. Now the party has filed a re-investigation petition and obtained favorable order. Can I still file a countercase under Section 209 of CrPC and under 500? Can a criminal legal proceeding against the accused by lodging an F.I.R. An information of a cognizable offense under 154/1

my advice is fight the case and win and then sue him for defamation. dont burdern yourself with expenses of two litigation at one time. also the headache. kindly get in touch with S S Law Offices by searching Google 80 13 02 18 18
