False case of 363 against my father

My father purchased a land of 2acres in a village in 1996.We have all the documents regarding purchase.Now a lady made complaint against my father that there was a dispute of that land and so he (my father) kidnapped her husband .And the main thing is that her husband have disappeared since May 2016 till today.We don't know where he is but this is a fabricated case to get that land.So what should we do to prevent my dad from arrest.Should we go for Anticipatory bail or Bail on surety?We have a lawyer who is going to fight this case and he is applying for bail on surety (independent surety).Shall we get bail by bail on surety surely?Please help me .I shall be thankful.Thank you.
Its serious case u need to take anticipatory bail initially this f I r is filled in 363 when u reach p station they r having power to add further sections also and in property its a civil suit and u r having benefit that property is purchased in 1996 there for u r having all the rights and the suit bare due to delay in filing u need to follow the procedure only further details contact us

FRIST go to police station with a lawyer and where there is any FIR
AGAINST YOUR FATHER IF THERE IS ASK I .O ON WHAT BASIS HAVE he REGISTER FIR .
Once you get the copy of FIR then only any advocate can help you if I complain copy is very serious then go for pre bail
