She filed a case us 376 and 506 stated that that he has given glass promise of marriage and assaulted rape, we have investigated about her, we found that she has done a same case against some one with different name in that case the man was freed by the court, now she again filed same case against me with different name, we have submitted every document of regarding changing of her name for froud, earlier we get arrest stay from HC , now we got same day bail hearing us 482 from HC , now what should we do.. please help....
Very first you have to surrender before concerned magistrate to comply and honour the order of High Court and apply for bail get the rejection order than apply your bail application before Sessions court.better if you share the district name better services me be provided to you.
