False case filed by my wife's father against me, how to prove it

the investigation officer called me to the poice station and he gave a notice of fir on that day he told me the case is false and for property purpose they filed false fir that my wife dont ask her property in future that why for safty purpose they filed fir on you, and i have recorded the audio of that police ofiicer saying that case is false and we wil not going to put charge sheet on you, i have audio record evidence that case is false, and the charges are 41 (a) crpc 323,309,341,504,506 34 ipc... i contacted one lawyer he told me dont do anything nothing wil happen you just be quit..
