sir me kisi ladki se shadi krna chahta tha bt uske ghar walo ne muj pr jhuta case kr diya kyoki shadi to wo kr nhi rhe ulta ladki ko maarpit krke 354D/506 lgwa di jisme k police wale b saale unhi k cast k wo b drate rhte h 3rd month lg gya ab tk koi response nhi bolte h lab me h phone b jb wahan se report aayegi tb chargsheet bnegi jisme k ladki walo k paas 1 sboot nhi maine unhe apne us ldki k photo, whatsupmsg, yahan tk k jis din ki FIR h usi din ki baate whatsup pe tb b muje hi mentali torcher kiya ja rha h k lab se report me kuch nikla to tu gya ladki walo ki trf se uska mama kr rha h ye sb in police walo ko paise khila ke kyonki intercast ka panga h koi help kijiye,,,,,,,,,,,
FIR will be quashed by the concerned high court. Chargesheet will be filed by the police within 90 days. I would suggest you to fight the case before the trial court as well as approach the high court.
