false case charged,bail has been rejection how to solve

my neighbour make a case of murder of his relative on my father ,uncle & my 4 other relatives. but in actual he has murdered ,Police is with him & police has made a stronger case.Murdered took place at night and my father was at home ,he was not aware about this so police caught him ,other was not available so not caught.Previously that neighbour murdered my elder cousin & my father & relatives are evidence.Two times bail has been rejected,now trail under progress. Sir please advice me my father is not culprit ,didn't murdered.

First of all, secure the bail of your father. Thereafter, at the stage of trial, you will get an opportunity to prove your innocence. However, getting bail is most important aspect at this stage in your case.

Anticipatory Bail was rejected or Regular Bail? Further, bail was rejected from trial court or High court? If from trial court, then file it before High Court. If , from High Court then move to Supreme Court. Further, what is the stage of trail. If it is in concluding stage then wait for trial court's order then challenge the same before high court, you will get relief.
