Sir dono ladka ladki ke bich engagement ho jane ke baad shadi ka date 17 may 2021 ko tha to ladki wale ne shadi dene se mana kar diya..Uske kuch din baad shadi karne ka dabao dalne laga aur mana karne pe false case dowry ke name pe laga diya h ipc 420,406 ,120b, 34. Jab ki dowry ke name pe koi paisa nhi diye h..Sara proof h mere pass..Kya ye case me bail mil jayega aur kya karna chahiye plzz suggest me

Aap ko turnant subse pahle anticipatory bail Lena chahiye or use baad case ke FIR ko pad kar quashing case file kar dena chahiye. Agar koi bhi transaction nahi huwa hoga to darne ki jarurat nahi. Feel free then call.

As per your mentioned issue I can say that if marriage is not solemnized from there side and you have sufficient evidence of your favour then first write a letter to concerned police department for fair enquiry of the entire case and provide the supportive evidence to them and meanwhile file a anticipatory bail application and I hope you may obtain it.
