A guy has posted false statements against me on facebook and which is defaming my reputation.
What should I do?
hello client as you are saying tht you have been defamed on facebook by someone in a manner its hurting ur reoutation as well as its harming your image in the society so in tht matter you need to take strict legal action against the said guy as well as you should made him understand by teaching a lesson to him by taking sure accurate legal action and get him punish.

If a guy has posted false statements against u on Facebook n is defaming your reputation than you must immediately do complaint at cyber cell n issue him legal notice for defaming you … n u can also registered fir u/c 500 ipc n other sections of IT act
