False allegation of fraud and cheating put by company.What to do?

Hi i have been under going this cases, please suggest how we can get this sorted out, i was working for an organisation as a Store manager, and company had to close due to which which ever the old Due outstanding of stores was put on me stating that i was responsible to all this, was given notice that around 10 lakh was misappropriation was done by me, as under me we had Commercial accounts person and 6 people customer care executive who i used manage the store , in between they had to leave the organisation and whole responsibility without a proper hand over was assigned to me without any documents, due to which company claims that i am misused the office amount , but the real fact was i was not the person who looks after all this thing responsibility of accounts , how do we go here
