To quash a false rape First Information Report (FIR) or criminal proceeding in a High Court, you must file a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) (which corresponds to the former Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973)

Dear Sir Please stay strong and do not lose hope in this difficult time because truth and legal remedies are on your side For squashing the case in the High Court you should present all concrete evidence of your marriage including marriage registration documents photos chat logs and proof of living together after the allegations were made Courts often consider subsequent marriage cohabitation and malicious intent to quash baseless criminal charges file a detailed affidavit through your advocate highlighting abuse of legal process and seek quashing under inherent court powers to reclaim your peace and life
