false accuse of 498A what to do?26/2/16 marriage date.she has affair with some one.we are not together since 10/6/16.she file false FIR of 498A on 29/5/17 in mahila thana.police demanded money to eliminate some name from case.I didnt gave money.they prepare charge sheet against me.ow Bailable Warrant issued against me and my family
in that case you should file 482 CRPC application before honourable High Court where you may get stay over the same case whatever opposite party filed against you and your family members for further information you may contact us .
