False accusations by guardian but child is against it

I was getting threats from the guardian of the child girl against pocso act but child is firm against it if they file the case will that be valid?

hi if the guardain is trying to file any cases it wont be valid as it would be based on all false allegations and that in these cases statement of child is important and if she is not supporting those contentions then it wont hold that ground
