False accusations... Accidental death of a boy as he was drunk...

Ladke k gharwalo ka kehna hai mere husband k darr se pareshaan tha.paise wapas karne hai kisi k. Mere husband ki kisi se kaha suni ho gayi and wo ladka dekh k darr gaya.so tension mein road pe gira chot lagee and hospital mein death ho gae. How is my husband responsible for his death.. Please help.. Sab paise de k matter solve karna chahte hain but why. Police politician because wo ladka schedule caste ka hai..
