How to check the status of the case of which, chargesheet hasn't been filled in 2 years however 22days police custody was suffered by the accused under sec 354b of IPC? After 2 years the accused received a call from the call from the pune police station for a settlement and the other party, advocate provided by the police 2years back & the police incharge to file an FIR are all out of the scenario.
status of case can be checked through online ecourt website no time limit for police to file chargesheet. however police can file report u/s 169 crpc no evidence against you and you can give new advocate or call the old one for the trial

In a matter triable by Magistrate Court, it is mandatory that the Police should file Chargesheet within 90 Days & as Sec 354 (B) of IPC is a Magistrate triable case, so the police would have become successful in getting the time-limits extended for doing Investigation in your case. That's why, after the period of two years itself, they have not filed your Chargesheet. However, this seems intentional to extort money from you, as such, you should not worry, you can get this case dismissed on several grounds. In your case, We can go for quashing of FIR & Criminal Proceedings under Sec 482 of CRPC.
