False 498a filed along with Domestic violence

Hi, My wife has filed false 498a and domestic violence against my family now, but 3 4 years back my elder brother's wife also filed a DV case against my family as a counterblast of the DIvorce case filed by my brother. will this have any effect on the case which my wife filed against us now. how we can prove ourselves as innocent against these false cases

Dear Sir, In all pending cases you have to approach High Court and get stay and quash DV proceedings. In 498A case after filing charge sheet you may file discharge application and never allow the Trial Court to frame charges and never surrender for trial because now the tendency is conviction.
