False 498A case filed by wife and inlaws

my wife living separately for 2 years and many time I and my family tried to take her back but my in-laws have a tradition of tourcher.they refuse to send her back. I filled sec -9 after 11 months of case suddenly she came back alone and wrote a compromise in my fevour..i was happy but after 2 months again she started to fight abusive language to mother and others member...her brother and mother and father came and abuse to mother and fight with her...after that on 12 dec my father lodged complaint in police station and next day my wife filled a complaint in sec 498a,406,323....police present closer report on fathers report and wrote that my wife was not there so she is living with her parents after 2 dec but in FIR she mention that i beaten up on 12 dec and 13 dec.....so both reports contradict each other....please guide me....now i am facing 498a...accordind to this report no crime happened....
