False 498A case filed by wife against me and my family, what to do

Mere aur mere family ke uper merit wife me jhuta dahej ka case diya hai.498a ,323,294,506,341pc/4dp act lagaya hai. Police ke saath aake apna saman like TV, bed, almirah etc legaya hai.aur bola aap Dono party ka Jo bhi paisa ya sona Lena dena hai apsi sahamati se likha padha karke Kar lena.Jo ki bass main apko court main kaam dega.uske bass main kya karun.
If all these things have been done, then nothing to worry. Police will serve you a notice U/s. 41 and you have to attend the same. But there are other things required to know before you attend on the notice date. So it will be suitable, if I can get other details.

first of all whether you and your family members are on bail or appear before police ? if all of your family members are on bail then and if you think the FIR lodged by your wife is false one then you approach the High Court for quashing of the FIR. Next if your wife does not want to stay with you then you try for amicable settlement and after settlement approach the Family Court for dissolution of marriage by mutual consent.

If your wife agree then file a case for quashing the proceeding before the Honorable high court. Or face the trial to dispose the criminal case you can also file case for divorce in the family court where you will advice to pay the money not in police station

Nothing to worry. In 498A case at first A notice of apperance will be served to u to appear before the police officer. Before that notice u cannot be arrested. U should go for an anticipatory bail. After getting bail if u wish, u can file a divorce case by mutual consent.
