false 420 private case against me

I m looking for lawyer for kolhapur district court.i want to submit complaint under crpc 340 for submitting false affidavit and hiding information from the court in 420 case.i have call recordings and notice from police, closure report from police as evidence. Any lawyer who can represent my case under 340 crpc in private case please contact me.
