False 376 2n case against my friend

In a bail order the judge clearly mentioned that girl made the complaint because of discord and no offense is made as per charge sheet and also FIR prima fasciae nnShe also mentioned that girl is highly educated 38 year old female and volunteered into relationship nJudge has also written That the lady told the guy she doesn’t want to marry him but ruin him.nnShould we go for discharge or quashing

Hello good morning sir this is advocate Anshul Kumar from Allahabad High Court you don't need to worry about it we will see whatever the matter has come before us if you are innocent nobody will touch you we will go for a question if the FII are has been raised against you which is claim to be false you don't need to worry about it you will get justice in this matter if you are innocent

yes you can go for the quashing of charge sheet before the hon'ble High court u/s 482 crpc, at this stage, by making all this favorable points and evidence annexed in 482 application, for more details contact
