Fals FIR filed against us by complainer and police is also involved

false FIR filed against us and police involved in it.We moved to court to get progress report as police is managed. police know we have strong evidences which never checked by them in order to do false invetigtion and safeguard complainer. Now they submit their say in court and says complainer has admited no injury was ever done to him and manipulates FIR statements all together converts it in NCR and asks court to dismiss progress report request as we are accused in this fir.what to do now?

Well, you should lodge a FIR against those Police Officers now, who hatched a Criminal Conspiracy with the Complainant, who lodged false Complaint against you and got it converted into a FIR to trap you in a Criminal Case. Now, you have to convince the Judge, that, Police cannot wash their hands by converting lodged false FIR into NC, after assisting the Complainant to get a false FIR lodged against you.
