Issue is 2 years old bank called from mobile made fake promises of cash discounts 15%swiggy,10%amazon,5%cashany transaction oncalliwas asked me to login amazon to apply but on delivery not found these benefits logged complaint with bank but bank not acknowledged callrecording rejected any claim saying DIY you consented, RBI sided with bank can i get card as promised or 20lac compensation as card was lifetime free with these benefits and can bank be punished for its violations along with rbi
Hello, you can appeal the matter in High court or consumer forum where you will be benefitted with the remedy provided from it and by challenging it in matter relatable court the benefits will arise through judgment passed by court in your favour
