Fake promise of marraige to use physically so many times

My boyfriend used me physically by fake promise of marraige...he gave me abortion pills also in past forcely...under which sections I should file case against him?

Mam, Unless you reveal everything in detail , it is hard to provide the best legal advice... Approach the nearest State Women Commission Or National Women commission near your home and explain to them how you became a victim.... They will give you both moral support and legal support..
