Fake promise of mariage and sexualintercourse

I had a relationship of about 4 years and he promised me several times that he will marry me at any cost. We had sexual intercourse several times and once i got pregnant. He and his friend forced me to go for MTP. I had a health issue from childhood and he was aware of that. After this abortion we talked with his parents about the health issue and they are not agreeying with our marriage, but they dont know about the abortion. Now he says he cant hurt his parents and he is trying to avoid me and he also threatened me not to say a single word about the pregnancy to his family. Can i file a complaint againts him for fake promise❓️

sure, you can file a complaint before the police stating that you are cheated after having sexual intercourse with the promise of marriage and thereby the acts of the party shall attract offence contemplated under section 376 of IPC

yes . you can file a complaint for sure . but if there is any chance to solve this issue .don't go for it. try to solve the issue . if there is any chance for a settlement do it . otherwise your future will be ruined . if you want to complaint then i can help you . i can help you in writing a complaint .
