Fake molestation case filed against the friend case didn't started

2 years b4 A molestation case is filed on my friend which is fake. Sir he is innocent. She was his nursing student. Suddenly she file a case coz she did not wanted to study further and she was married. Now the problem is that since two years we hv not got any report from court. We just want to start the case and finist ic off. Coz hw is jus 27 yrs old and carrier is stuck ... hvng no good job. What has to b done to start the case from court

Best option is to petition the High Court and get the case quashed completely so that the injustice is not carried forward for ever. Setting in motion criminal law for wrong reasons is a classic case wherein High Court will intervene and protect the Accused.
