Fake Medical document submitted by my brother what action should I tak

My brother has used my Aadhar card without my permission in health insurance policy. He made my fake health insurance document for earn money raise a claim of my false digaonse.what action should I take?

You may file a complaint in the nearest police station against your brother under section 405 which is criminal breach of trust and 467 which is forgery in IPC. For further assistance feel free to reach me.
