Fake degree but no fake docoments

One of my friend is a privet tutor.He is only 10th passed but he gives tution upto 12th class students.He introduced himself as a M.A graduate to attract students.He also print his visiting card where it is mentioned that he is M.A.But he had no fake docoments, he is not doing any job.Someone threatened him to file case against him?nAs he had no any false docoments,he is not doing any job,just he represents himself as a MA graduate to attract students,and print visiting card where it is mentioned that he is MA,then can anyone file a case against him?

yes ofcourse....he is misrepresenting himself and for that he can be punished if he is exposed as he will have no proof to support he is telling the truth... please advise your friend to stop advertising that he is an M.A
