Fake criminal case filed after the suicide of 16 years old

Sir I am a govt employee in October 2017 there was a incident occurred 16 years old girl committed suicide due to home harassments and health problems but one day before to she died she was came to my house I and she chitchatting then her uncle saw her with me he beated her next day morning my mother went her house and talk with her about her health condition but that day their parents beated her very roughly she committed suicide that evening.after several roumars next day her family members filled a case against me and my mother.after remand now we are attending to adjournments.we know about law process please suggest me how can I aquit from case. case is filed under Pocso 7&8,ipc 306
