A person belonging to Creamy layer in OBC had got job in NCL OBC category in process server recruitment of ap high court 2022. I need to file a case on that person

If a candidate from the creamy layer falsely claimed NCL OBC status to secure government employment, it amounts to fraud and misrepresentation. You can file a writ petition in the High Court seeking cancellation of their appointment. It amounts to fraud and misrepresentation. If a person from the creamy layer has wrongly claimed Non - Creamy Layer OBC status to secure a job, it amounts to fraud. You can file a written complaint with the Registrar of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh and the concerned recruitment authority along with proofs like income records and caste certificates. You can also file a Writ Petition in the High Court seeking enquiry and cancellation of appointments under article 226 of the Constitution. Additionally a complaint can be filed with the Vigilance and Police Department for Criminal action under IPC section 420 and 468 .
