Fake cases are being framed on jewelry stores

Sir/ madam i have a jewellery shop now a days every jewellery shops are being framed by police with fake and bogus case that we have bought theft ornament by showing us some culprit whom we have never him in our life they harass shop keeper threaten then until negotiation is done they take with them to station after negotiation by giving them negotiated ornament they leave us from station they keep him 2/3/4 days till he gets frustrated and agrees to settle and negotiate they demand the base less quantity what ever figure comes in their mind after giving the ornament no paper work is done they tell u have to come to court and roam many times when ever court calls you if you are willing we will give you panchnama report. please help me what action can be taken if we face such bogus/fake cases we will telling the truth they never agree with our words they only tell what the thief is telling its the truth why did he show your shop there are many shops.
