Fake Case regarding keeping Nigerians back in 2019

I live in nallasopara my aunty lives on the second floor of our building. A year back 2 police officers came to her house and said that there is case against her for keeping Nigerians which is totally a fake case. Now she wants to renew her passport but the police officer is saying that there is case against her of keeping Nigerians in the house.

First you have to check who raise complaint against your aunty in police station and where from get information to police than what's is proof available on that time Nigerian in your aunty house any CCTV Photeage or any calling on Aunty number or Speak with any Nigerian that evidence you should be check if no evidence available comes from police you don't take tension

Well you can get her passport renewed if nc had been lodged against your Aunt. But, if fir had been lodged then you have to seek permission from the Magistrate before getting her passport renewed, as the Passport Authority may demand for it.
