Fake case against witness (in 302 case)

Hi sir/madam , I am petitioner and witness in my grandfather's murder case. My grandfather was murdered by my real uncle and aunty in 2015 and the case is under trial. My uncle is in jail but my aunty is on bail and now she is filing fake cases again and again against me and my family. What should I do now ? Is there any procedure for her bail cancellation or anything else ?

You may contact me I need to see the facts and papers or case details if she is on bail, her cancellation of bail shall be filed. at the same time, your anticipatory bail may be applied in criminal law it's all about timely action Regards

Hello You are petitioner and a d withnes in your grandfather murder case your grandfather was murdered by real uncle aunty in 2015 and cae is under trial. you want to know the procedure you want to know the procedure for her bail cancellation
