Fake 376 case filed where contradictions are in FIR , 161 and 164

Dear AdvocatesThere is a case where a learned lady has given different versions in FIR/161 and 164. In FIR she talks about false promise to marry, actual rape and cheating. In FIR time of rape is not present. She mentioned rape happened in june and july when she went to his place by travelling 300 Kms to his home. nnIn 164 there is no rape given and also no mention of june and julyIn 161 two months rape happened she said in feb and march but no mention of june and july as given in FIRnnWhat happens in such cases
If there is any contradiction in her statements of 161 or 164, it will help you. You have been worried about this FIR for a long time. However, everything will go according to CrPC and not according to anyone. You need to hire expert advocate for trail/quashing

In the recent times. Supreme Court has passed many judgments looking down upon false cases filed under the pretext of false promise to marry, a relationship has been considered contrary to the accusation of false pretext of marriage. In the Said conspectus, it is advisable that a Petition under section 482 be filed to quash such an FIR. It is advisable to wait until the charge sheet is filed by the investigating officer of the case.
