Failing to find his brother, he was arrested and filed a false case

My religion is Hindu.How will the bail be? How many days will the punishment be? Key cannot be guaranteed in any way I want advice from you what to do?He has been in jail for the past 23 days

dear client as per your query since he has been in police custody what are the sections imposed on him when was the case filed you can apply for bail so that he can get bail from court and can be free from jail..

I really didn't understand for what case he has been arrested. The sections are to be mentioned if not the allegations at least. Anyway if your bail application is rejected in the District Judiciary and you feel to have a fit case you can approach the Hon'ble High Court.
