Hi, FIR quesh with compromised by high court and police files untresh /cancellation in court but magistrate said It be checked and registered. Let, the present case file be put up before the Court concerned on File be sent back to the Court concerned forthwith.
Yes sir a put up application has to be filed before the concerned judicial magistrate for putting up the said file before the magistrate and also mention the case details of the file for which you are filing the application before the magistrate.

when the FIR doesn't exist after order of Honble high court how can they file cancellation. cancellation tab hoti hai jab after investigation ho. police doesn't agree. quashing ke baad FIR exist nai karti. to cancellation kyu. actually mei practical ab trial court statement record karke IO ki report send karri high court ko. uske baad quashing hoti hai
