Extreme form of Physical violence by parents

29-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hello, I'm 24 years old. I live in Canada. I moved to Canada in 2015. I have a brother who is 14 years old. I'm in a state where I can fight for a corporal punishment law in India. I have been contacting NGOs in Canada and India. nnMy mother was extremely abusive and my father used to support the abuse on us. My mother has made me naked in front of people and physically abused me in the most degrading manner possible. She left me to be raped because she wanted to keep the dignity of the family. She has also physically abused my brother in the most degrading manner possible. She used to tie my 5-year-old brother to the chair and then beat him for hours. She loves torturing people. nnMy question is: When I tell these stories to people, no one believes me. Would the lawyers who deal with criminal cases believe me? I have marks of violence on my body. Are there similar cases that lawyers deal with? Please help me, You might be helping someone who desperately wants to change the law in Indi

1. Get your injuries on body medically checked. 2. Take a medico legal certificate from medical practictioner. 3. Show it to some lawyer. 4. There must be some free legal aid services in canada as well. 5. Convince them. It is domestic violence and violation of human rights as well.

This is not the matter of Indian Jurisdiction! You need to submit your complaint to the concerned police station where these incidents took place. Furthermore if u want to consult in Indian then you can be in touch but you need to devote time n expenses too

You should immediately file a written complaint against the defaulter that they are destroying your life. And address it to the nearest police station of your area. You can also send her a legal notice if you don’t wish to go legal. In that notice you can write to improve your life. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
