Extortion by elder brother - i only have email as evidence, mother neu

My elder brother has indulged in online rummy and taken a lot of personal loans. To pay for the above, he is demanding money from me. A couple of years back we had a fanily tussle wherein we both had assaulted each other and matter reached police as brother was hospitalized (my statement to police was : it was just in self defense) -matter got closed at police station, however he is extorting money from me saying that he will reopen case. I only have an unsigned email as evidence.Please advise

Dear Sir, You just be away from elder brother and if necessary record all his threatening and demand for money. Further, you may lodge a complaint. He cannot reopen the closed case. The only remedy is you must be away from your elder brother and never give any amount to him which may help him to pay online illegal games.
