03-Nov-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hello sir/maam, my case regarding documentation is going on in high court since 2017..my neighbor who calls himself noted and well known retired central railway employee, sought this information im 2018 and is threatening me to disclose it and had demanded money from my parents..my parents refused to pay him since we are not guilty ,the court case is still going on and i have not yet been proven guilty and i have all relevant documents which proves i m not a fraud..but he still follows me around with the papers and has been showing to people in my neighbourhood and ruining my reputation..i have filed an FIR against him for stalking . is there any law which can help me and prevent him from getting my details by any other means from officials..Also, recently it haa come to my knowledge that there are 3 FIR's against him for extortion and a trial for extortion is going on. Kindly help.

Either you file a Defamation Case against him or Abetment of Suicide - a Criminal Case by filing a FIR that his persistent harassment has pressurised you to such an extent that you have made up your mind to commit suicide and if you are going to take such action, your neighbour alone will be responsible for it. Then just wait and watch, how he comes to the table to negotiate with you.
