Expecting false rape case against me

I did second marriage without getting divorce from first wife as she is not attended any date since divorce case filled and same is running from last 5 years along with 498a case which was filed by wife but in this case also she didn't turn up to proceed it further.Second wife is torturing and asking 10lacs which I dont have and also telling to file the rape case when We did this marriage with infirming her that my divorce is not clear.Now hoe to fight in this case and what kind of proves should i collect to defend this case.
you have to know that the second marriage without obtaining decree of divorce of first marriage is null and void. if you have any sufficient evidence like whatsapp massage etc between your second wife and you then it will be very helpful in upcoming expected cases likely to file by your wife. if you want to get rid from all the future problems then you have to show that you have clearly informed to the second wife that you are already married and divorce proceedings are pending. you have to prove that the sexual relationship was with mutual consent without promising the marriage. If your wife still file any complaint against you for rape then you should apply for the anticipatory bail before district judge court . 2nd marriage is void and it does not exist.
you should tell this to your 2nd wife and in case she fikes a case inform the court that she was ready to marry you earlier.
also don't give any money take anticipatory bail.
