Hi. My name is ram Chaturvedi. A fake case registered against me under ipc 406,420! I The pettitioner lived in Etawah. He registered FIR in a police station of etawah. But showed every incident of FIR in district Kanpur dehat. Police sent Final report 2 times in court but court rejected FR.
1. I want to know is it jurisdiction overreach of etawah court according to section 182 of crpc?
2. Give some ruling or example where case was quashed on ground of jurisdiction overreach of lower court.
